Come enjoy a night out at Wine & Cheese Co and learn the Art of Pasta Fatto a Mano, the traditional method of hand stretching pasta dough (sofglia) from the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. You will learn how to prepare, mix, knead, and roll fresh pasta dough using hand techniques and a traditional mattarello (Italian rolling pin).
Guests wishing to participate in hands-on activity will receive personal instruction as they learn to roll and form the dough into their favorite pasta shapes.
Workshop includes a select glass of wine, pasta tasting, recipe card, mattarello rolling pin, and fresh pasta to take home and enjoy.
