Join Chicagoland's only full time professional forager Dave Odd for a Mother's Day weekend walk around Plainfield where he will teach you at least 50 edible/medicinal plants/mushrooms that grow right in your own backyard. Then it's back to Wine & Cheese for a wine tasting and charcuterie.
The meal will include tasting 5 wines that will go with dishes you can prepare at home and each participant will receive their own personal charcuterie box to enjoy after our foraging which will incorporate some of the things seen on the tour.
