TCC has joined forces with our good friend & neighbor, Dottie’s Art Studio, to bring you Wine & Paint Nights. For those of you who missed out on last month's sold out event, Dottie's back to take you through how to create your own Stepping Stone Mosaic, perfect for your yard or garden.
