Enjoy a multi-course gourmet dinner complete with fine wine pairings to celebrate Valentine's Day weekend. The dinner will be held on Sunday, February 11th, with one seating at 6:30pm. The menu is:

welcome wine - St. Hilaire Sparkling Rose NV

first course - Fjord Trout Ceviche with Pomegranate, Clementine, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Cilantro, Basil, Ginger & Red Onion. Paired with: Hindsight Chardonnay 2014

second course - Beet & Goat Cheese Gocce Pasta on a bed of Roasted Beets and Fresh Arugula drizzled with Wild Berry Cream of Balsamic then topped with Toasted Pistachios. Paired with: Rieutort Rosé 2015

third course - Chicken, Spinach & Roasted Artichoke Soup topped with Provolone Picante. Paired with: 831 Pinot Noir 2014

fourth course - Roasted Asparagus wrapped with Neuske's Cherrywood Smoked Bacon & Puff Pastry topped with Pecorino Romano. Paired with: Hindsight Petite Sirah 2012

fifth course - Roasted Duck Breast served with an Amarena Wild Cherry Rosemary Sauce. Paired with: Oak Farm Tievoli 2015

dessert - Banana Split Dark Chocolate Cup with Chocolate, Strawberry & Vanilla Mousse and Bourbon Caramelized Bananas topped with Whip Cream, Pecans & Cherry. Paired with: St. Hilaire Sparkling Demi-Sec  NV

The cost is $100 per person including tax, gratuity excluded. Prepaid reservations are required and seating is very limited. Tickets are not refundable but are transferable. Tickets may be purchased over the phone at (815) 436-3499 or in-store.
